If after making an application and you are unable to attend Cuboree 2021, you must advise the Cuboree Administration Officer in writing as soon as possible at info@cuboree.scoutsqld.com.au.

COVID-19 Refunds
If you are withdrawing due to COVID-19 reasons, withdrawal processes will be done up until 15th October 2020. Please send an email to info@cuboree.scoutsqld.com.au before this date. When requesting a refund via email please supply the applicants name and bank details so the Finance Officer can quickly organise your refund. If you decide at a later date to re-apply for Cuboree 2021 you will need to submit an entirely new application into the event register system.

After the 15th October 2020 normal withdrawal policy kicks in.

Withdrawal Policy

  • ALL withdrawals after 1 February 2021 may be subject to a withdrawal fee of $100, at the discretion of the Cuboree Chief Director.
  • Withdrawals after 1 June 2021 may be charged the full fee for Cuboree 2020.
  • Any changes after 1 June 2021, that may affect bookings etc (e.g. to transport arrangements) may be subject to an extra charge.

Withdrawal requests should be directed to the Cuboree Administration Officer and sent to info@cuboree.scoutsqld.com.au or posted to The Scout Association of Australia, Queensland Branch Inc marked Attention Cuboree 2020, PO BOX 520 Toowong Q 4066.  A refund for the appropriate amount, if applicable, will then be forwarded to the relevant person.

The Cuboree Executive reserves the right to refuse any application, in which case a full refund will be made.
