All major events, like Cuboree, have regular risk management reviews. We wish to reduce risk to Cuboree participants and Scouts Queensland in so far as their event fees are concerned. Our risk analysis identifies some key dates and how they relate to financial risk to both the participant and Scouts Queensland. We require full payment to be completed by the 31 May 2021 with at least the two first payments made by the closing date of registrations being 7 May 2021 unless you are on a payment plan approved by the executive committee.

We have age-appropriate activities planned for the event. The Cuboree event is catered by a professional team. Our menu will be planed and prepared by quality chiefs. Those with special diets will be consulted by the “special diet chief” who plans those plans individually in consultation with the parents.

Cuboree Transport is very limited. It was based on the location of significant numbers of participants already committed to attending. If we have higher than estimated applications, we may investigate adding more travel options. This will be unknown until mid-June. Cuboree will not be supplying transport for those participants in the South East corner of the state.
